✦•┈๑⋅⋯ ⋯⋅๑┈•✦By placing a commission order, you accept my terms:

ᛝ--GENERAL--ᛝ

- The artist have the right to decline any request if I'm not comfortable with it.
- Please be detailed in your requests. Provide detailed references (poses, designs and the like), also color palette if possible for accurate illustration
- Please respect the services that I provide.
- The commissioner (you) acknowledge that the transaction does not include a physical product.
- Any personal information will be kept strictly private and confidential

ᛝ--PAYMENTS--ᛝ

- Pay in full

ᛝ--REVISIONS--ᛝ

- Revisions can be made during the sketch phase. The commissioner will receive a sketch for approval and can request minor changes once before rendering starts.
- Upon the approval of the line art, any further revisions, whether small or large, will come with an extra charge.
- No revisions during the rendering process.

ᛝ--DEADLINES AND DELIVERY--ᛝ

- Fully rendered pieces will take 1-2 weeks depending on the service that's been chosen, complexity of the art piece and the current queue.
- No rush please. Rush pieces will have extra charges.
- Rest assured that any commissions that have set deadlines will receive it on time
- Artworks with be on png form and be sent to you

ᛝ--USE--ᛝ

- For PERSONAL USE ONLY
-The commissioner may use the artwork for profile pictures, headers, banners, and wallpapers.
- Reposting the artwork requires you to credit the artist (kweenkyu) properly.
- Do not use the artwork as NFTs or for AI training. Do not trace, copy, or alter it.

ᛝ--FOR YCH PIECES--ᛝ

- Templates are the artist's property, It is not for sale! It can only be used by the owner.

ᛝ--FOR SKEB PIECES--ᛝ

- No communication needed
- be more specific if accurate illustration is a want

ᛝ--INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS--ᛝ

- Artwork with not have watermark BUT the artist's signature is a MUST
- The artist retains full ownership of the artwork, including its distribution and use, the client must not claim it as their own.
- The artist reserve the right to share and stream the commission on his/her social media, with watermark and signature, unless specified otherwise.
- Artworks will be featured in the artist's portfolio.

ᛝ--REFUNDS--ᛝ

- The client can't cancel the commission once the payment is done. No refunds unless any valid reason is applied

ᛝ--COMMUNICATION--ᛝ

- Please provide atleast one social platform you're most active in for communication.
- Updates and communication is necessary, inactive client will be automatically be blocklisted if not given acceptable reason for the absences. Commission will be halted.✦•┈๑⋅⋯ ⋯⋅๑┈•✦

Mode of Payment

- Gcash, MariBank, Maya, GoTyme = qr codes will be sent for payment [for local PH only]
- Paypal = an invoice will be sent for payment [for international clients]
